Can your products realize 100% hidden wiring?

Yes. Our POS machines adopt an integrated internal wiring design, which realizes full hidden wiring without any exposed cables. It delivers a neat and minimalist overall appearance, while also protecting internal cables from wear, damage and dust contamination during daily commercial use.

What sizes of secondary displays do you offer?

For the 1518L model, we provide three optional sizes of customer secondary displays: 9.7 inches, 12 inches and 15 inches to match different store layout and installation demands.

What is your aging (burn-in) test protocol before shipment?

To avoid early product failure caused by component defects, all our POS terminals and touch monitors will pass 100% continuous active display burn-in test before delivery. Standard products support a minimum 48-hour aging test. For bulk orders and customized POS products, we will conduct a 72-hour high-intensity stress aging test in a constant-temperature aging chamber to ensure stable long-term operation in retail scenarios.
