Every POS terminal goes through strict quality control before shipment. Key tests include burn-in (aging) testing, touch screen testing, display inspection, USB and COM port testing, network testing, SSD and RAM testing, power stability testing, and a final functional inspection.  

These steps help ensure stable performance, reliable connections, and long-term durability. Our production process also includes material preparation, assembly, and aging tests as standard stages. Products meet certified quality standards such as CE, FCC, and RoHS. This careful testing process reduces the risk of early failures and supports reliable operation in retail and hospitality environments.

Different models support different I/O configurations. Common interfaces include USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, RS232 COM ports, RJ45 LAN for network connection, HDMI, VGA, Audio, and a Cash Drawer Port (RJ11). Powered USB is available as an optional feature on selected models.  

These ports allow easy connection of printers, scanners, cash drawers, customer displays, and other peripherals.
